Bill Maher's new movie, Religulous, which is a play on the words "Religion" and "Ridiculous" comes out this Friday, Oct.3rd. I can't wait to see this movie? There are virtually no good movies that have come out criticizing religion in any way. Atheism is never addressed in the media, movies or anything. It never gets talked about except amongst Atheists themselves. This is probably one of the reasons why people are so intimidated by and intolerant towards Atheists. We really need more movies like Religulous coming out in mainstream theaters to open up people's minds to what Atheism is. I'm not saying they have to convert or anything, but a movie like Religulous would really get the point across about what being an Atheist is all about. 

I wish religious people would go see this, just for open-mindedness' sake. I went to see the Passion afterall. 

So yeah, Bill Maher of notable fame from his HBO show "Real Time with Bill Maher", stars in Religulous. He's an interesting guy who is not afraid to make his beliefs known and he argues in a very comedic way. He does it in such a blunt way that people will often stutter trying to say something back because they know he's right. Just watch the trailer to the movie, it looks like it will be the greatest Atheist movie of all time!
